Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in ensuring that all products are packaged and shipped in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@blinknbuff.store with your order number and photos of the issue. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 3-5 days of receiving your package. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds or Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If your claim for a damaged or defective item is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. In some cases, if stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@blinknbuff.store.

Store Credit Option
In certain approved cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund to be used for future purchases. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
